Terms & Conditions

Entity. This site and social handles (@vancouverusa_engraving, @EngravingVancouverUSA) are owned by Hot Fabs, LLC, a Washington State LLC.

Returns & refunds. Due to the custom nature of laser engraving work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom orders.

Materials liability. Our liability for any customer-supplied materials is limited to $100.

Marketing consent. We may use images of completed customer work for promotional purposes. We will blur personal identifying information, though names may be shown.

Privacy. We do not share your personal information with third parties and do not store payment information. Orders for minors must be placed by the ordering adult, who is responsible for the minor's information provided.

Content & copyright. By submitting artwork for engraving, you warrant that you own the rights to that content or are otherwise authorized to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any content we deem inappropriate.

Deposits & cancellations. Full payment is required for items ordered on the customer's behalf; a 20% fee applies if a customer backs out after ordering. Stock items may be cancelled within 48 hours if unshipped. Custom orders are non-cancellable once work begins.

Payment. We accept cards, with a 3% discount for cash payment. We do not accept personal checks. Sales tax applies where required; contact us for our tax-exempt order process.

Delivery. Please inspect items for damage upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues.

Warranties & liability. Products are provided as described; we make no additional warranties beyond what's stated here, and our liability is limited as described above. This page does not constitute professional legal or design advice.

Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with venue in Clark County, Washington. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. By submitting an order, you agree to indemnify Hot Fabs, LLC against claims arising from content you supply. Third-party links on this site are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. This page represents the complete agreement between you and Hot Fabs, LLC regarding your order.
