Policies on tumblers

We can order Polar Camel brand (equivalent to or better than Yeti) — browse the catalog. Bulk discounts available through us. For Yeti or other pricier brands, customers supply their own; we engrave.
Best colors: black, charcoal, purple, teal, or blue.
Cheap, painted (not powder coated or anodized) tumblers — we can't guarantee the outcome.
Some basic models/colors kept in stock for quick gifts; more can be ordered within a few days for quantities over 3.
Logos must be supplied as a laser-ready file — .SVG, .AI, or .PNG (no photos). Modifying a file costs extra ($25–$100+). Black-and-white or two-color files work best.
Names are simple — lots of fonts available, no file needed, space restrictions apply.
We have an in-house artwork library; Etsy artwork needs a supplied .SVG file.

Minimum fee of $30 for any job, even a single cup, due to setup time. We're open for questions!
